2. Flight Booking Policy

All flight tickets are subject to the airline’s terms and fare rules.

Fares are not guaranteed until ticketed.

Name changes, rebooking, or cancellations may incur airline-specific fees.

Mahi Journeys is not responsible for airline delays, baggage issues, or cancellations.

3. Bus Booking Policy

Bus ticket bookings are subject to the terms of the respective operator.

Changes or cancellations are allowed only as per operator policy.

Passengers must report to the boarding point at least 30 minutes before departure.

Mahi Journeys is not responsible for delays due to weather, road conditions, or mechanical failure.

4. Train Booking Policy

Train reservations are made based on availability and operator rules (e.g., IRCTC).

Identity proof matching the booking name is required during travel.

Any delay, schedule change, or cancellation is beyond our control.

5. Hotel Booking Policy

Hotel bookings are confirmed after full payment.

Rates may vary based on occupancy, season, and promotional offers.

Cancellation and refund policies depend on the hotel’s own rules and will be shared during booking.

Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

6. Tour Package Terms

Packages include transportation, accommodation, sightseeing, and meals as specified in the itinerary.

All bookings require an initial deposit; full payment must be completed prior to departure.

No refund is provided for any unused services or missed activities.

7. Visa Assistance Terms

Mahi Journeys provides visa guidance and document support only.

Visa approval or rejection is at the sole discretion of the embassy/consulate.

All visa fees, processing charges, and courier costs are non-refundable.

Clients must ensure they submit accurate and complete documents.

8. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.

We offer optional travel insurance plans from third-party providers.

Claims and reimbursements are the sole responsibility of the insurance provider.

9. Airport Transfers & Other Services

Private/shared airport transfers must be booked in advance and confirmed by us.

Waiting time beyond standard allowance may result in extra charges.

Any additional services (car rentals, guides, sim cards, etc.) are subject to availability.

10. Payments & Refunds

Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash.

Booking is confirmed only upon full or partial payment (as per service).

Refund processing time is 7–21 business days (depending on service provider policies).

Service charges, taxes, and processing fees are non-refundable.

Mahi Journeys is not liable for loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers.

We do not accept responsibility for circumstances beyond our control (natural calamities, political unrest, health outbreaks, etc.).
